1. Brentwood Mansion
Price | $23.5 million |

Location | Brentwood, California |
Purchase Date | June 2020 |
Size | 16,700 square feet |
No. Of Bedrooms | 7 |
No. Of Bathrooms | 11 |
The most expensive of his 3 houses is the 16,700-square-foot mansion in Brentwood. According to reports online, Travis paid $23.5 million IN CASH for the house in June 2020. Most of you might think that the purchase price is a lot but what you need to consider is that it was originally listed at $42 million. So it’s a steal, at least for a multi-millionaire like La Flame.
The mansion's design was by de Loren & Associates. Its curved design resembles a modern yacht. The property offers a 180-degree view of the city from downtown LA to the Pacific Ocean. The mansion's entryway at the front has a floor-to-ceiling carved wood sculpture made by famous Japanese carpenter Toshi Kawabata.
It comes with seven bedrooms, and 11 bathrooms, and is set on a secluded hilltop. It features a 20-car auto gallery, which is plenty big enough for his car collection, a gourmet kitchen, a 75-foot infinity pool, a 15-person home theater, and a 650-bottle wine cellar. It also has a gym, a sauna, and a game room with a designer Ping-Pong table.
It has everything a celebrity would ever need. However, this mansion is now facing a serious threat. After record-breaking storms hit the Los Angeles area in February 2024, a huge fissure formed beneath the property, putting it at risk. The storms caused significant damage to the Brentwood hills, and at least five homes, including Scott's, are currently in peril of slipping off the hillside.
While no evacuation orders have been issued yet, the Los Angeles Fire Department and geologists are monitoring the area closely. Though the cracks are currently limited to the top 4 feet of soil, the situation could worsen if the city were to see constant heavy downpours. At the time of the appearance of the cracks, Geologists and the LA Department of Building and Safety assessed the risk and remained cautiously optimistic that the entire hillside won’t collapse but as of October 2024 nothing serious has happened to any of the houses located there.
Also, according to some reports, Travis bought the house next door to his mansion in 2021 for $5.8 million, although not much information has been provided regarding the property.
2. Beverly Hills Mansion (co-owned with Kylie Jenner)
Price | $13.5 million |
---|---|
Location | Beverly Hills, California |
Purchase Date | October 2018 |
Size | 9,680 square feet |
No. Of Bedrooms | 7 |
No. Of Bathrooms | 10 |
The second house that Travis bought after he became rich was a Beverly Hills Mansion along with his ex-girlfriend, Kylie Jenner. They purchased the house together for $13.45 million in 2018, shortly after the birth of their first child, Stormi. The over 9,000-square-foot home features 7 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms, with a luxurious 2,300-square-foot master suite alone. Situated at the end of a cul-de-sac, this contemporary yet warm property spans 1.1 acres and includes a separate guest house and a pool.
Although initially touted as both an investment and a potential residence, the couple never fully moved into the home. Jenner continued to live in her Martyn Lawrence Bullard-designed mansion in Hidden Hills, while the Beverly Hills property remained a shared asset. The home, which had been on the market for over a year before their purchase, was seen as a good deal despite its eight-digit price tag.
In 2022, the pair listed the home for $21.9 million, significantly higher than their original purchase price. The timing of the sale raised eyebrows as it came shortly after rumors of Scott's infidelity, though the listing was likely more of a business move. Despite being together on-and-off since 2017, Jenner and Scott never lived together full-time in the Beverly Hills house, making the sale seem more like a financial decision.
After initially listing it at $21.9 million, they made several price cuts in an effort to find a buyer. By April 2023, they reduced the price to $19.9 million, hoping to generate more interest. However, they were still unable to close a sale and re-listed the property again in February 2024 with an asking price of just under $18 million. In August 2024, they lowered the price further to $15,995,000, a 7% decrease from the original listing price of $21.9 million.
As of October 2024, the house still seems to be a part of both Travis’s and Kylie’s real-estate portfolio.
3. Houston Mansion
Price | $14.5 million |
---|---|
Location | Beverly Hills, California |
Purchase Date | 2019 |
Size | 12,000 square feet |
No. Of Bedrooms | 3 |
No. Of Bathrooms | 8.5 |
Travis Scott’s Houston property, located in the upscale Museum District, is a luxurious estate that spans 1.49 acres. Scott quietly purchased the property in 2019 for $14.5 million. According to county records, he bought the house under the name Trapp Trust.
The main house, built in 2005 for philanthropists James and Carolyn Robertson, offers approximately 12,000 square feet of living space. The modern mansion includes three bedrooms and 8.5 bathrooms, alongside a range of elegant features such as two pools, a separate guest house, and an outdoor entertainment pavilion.
It was originally designed to accommodate philanthropic events, but today, it offers a combination of elegance and personal retreat. Following the Astroworld Festival tragedy in November 2021, Travis and Kylie Jenner stayed at this residence under 24-hour security as legal proceedings unfolded and protestors gathered outside the mansion.
