The lawsuits are not going away from Justin Baldoni's life. As of the current news coming from Hollywood, Blake Lively said that two more actresses have come forward to testify in the lawsuit of sexual harassment against Justin Baldoni. As per the recent drama and tension between Baldoni and Lively, it looks like a battle is going on between both stars.

Background of the lawsuit

The legal issue between Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni is heating up. Lively has accused Baldoni of sexual harassment while working on the movie *It Ends with Us*. She has filed a lawsuit against him, and Baldoni has responded with his own lawsuits. He is suing Lively and her husband, Ryan Reynolds, for defamation, seeking $400 million in damages. Baldoni also filed a libel lawsuit against The New York Times over how it reported the harassment claims. The trial is set to start on March 9, 2026. Both sides say it’s too early for settlement talks.

Details of the amended complaint

Blake Lively added an amended complaint in her lawsuit against Justin Baldoni. The amended complaint does not have the names of the two actresses. They also claim that they faced inappropriate behavior from Baldoni on the sets of It Ends with Us. The complaint also confirms that Baldoni was aware of all the allegations by the actresses, including Blake Lively.

"The experiences of Lively and others were documented at the time they occurred starting in May of 2023," the document read.

"Importantly, and contrary to the entire narrative the defendants have invented, Mr. Baldoni acknowledged the complaints in writing at the time.

“He knew that women other than Ms. Lively also was uncomfortable and had complained about his behaviour.”

The complaint also said that Miss Lively reported the unwelcome behavior of Baldoni and Mr. Heath on May 26, 2023. The chief executive officer of Wayfarer and producer of the film was the first Miss Lively complained to, along with Sony employee Ange Gianetti, the film's representative for its distributor Sony Pictures Entertainment. The two other actresses in the amended complaint also reported the issue to them.

The complaint also contains the comments that were made about Miss Lively by Baldoni. The comments were made in response to additional graphic content added to the script, without the consent of Miss Lively.

Baldoni’s Response

In response to the updated complaint, Baldoni's lawyer, Bryan Freedman, called the new allegations "underwhelming" and said they lack strong evidence. Freedman argues that the claims are based on hearsay and believes that Baldoni's team has solid documents and videos that disprove Lively's accusations. He highlighted that there is no real evidence to support the allegations, indicating that the lawsuit relies on weak testimonies.
