Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg Drives Some Rather Unusual Cars

What can Mark Zuckerberg not afford with his net worth of more than $206 billion? However, the founder of Facebook and META CEO prefer to keep it somewhat subtle when it comes to cars. The only cars that make our blood boil in his garage are the Cadillac CT5 V-Blackwing, Pagani Huayra, Porsche 911 GT3, and a custom Porsche Cayenne GT minivan. Otherwise, the rest are boring and fuel-efficient vehicles like the Infiniti G25.

7. Cadillac CT5 V-Blackwing

Yeah, yeah, the CT5 V-Blackwing might be a mind-boggling car for an ordinary person. But for a multi-billionaire like Zuckerberg, it is just a regular car. While explaining about the new Ray-Ban Meta glasses on his Instagram account, he replied to a person asking about his daily driver.

Surprisingly, he commented, “mostly Cadillac CT5-V Blackwing these days, but sometimes other things." However, he did not specify the exact specs with respect to transmission and model year. Also, mind you, the CT5 V-Blackwing is no slouch or environmentally friendly but can give some more expensive European cars a run for their money. 

6. Porsche 911 GT3 Touring 

It seems that the Meta CEO is on some car-buying spree, as he has added two new Porsche cars to his garage simultaneously. The one he bought for himself was a 911 GT3 Touring to match with his wife’s custom Porsche Cayenne Turbo GT Minivan SUV. 

Zuckerberg posted pictures of both cars on Instagram. He said that to match his wife's gray car, he bought an enthusiasts' favorite Porsche with a manual box. Yes, a manual car for a billionaire is rare these days. 

5. Honda Fit

The Honda Fit is the most affordable car in Mark Zuckerberg's car collection, and it seems to be the most driven one as well. We believe, its reliability and simplistic nature are what makes Mark Zuckerberg feel comfortable with it. This Honda Fit is the car Mark uses in his neighborhood of Palo Alto.

Mark isn't the only super-rich individual who likes to drive humble cars that are hardly worth tens of thousands. The list also includes Christian von Koenigsegg, Jeff Bezos, and others.

4. Acura TSX

The 2011 Acura TSX is another car from Mark Zuckerberg's garage that does not boast about its price tag. He is said to have owned the car for more than a decade now. Acura is usually considered a premium brand-wing of Honda, where you get the reliability of a simple Honda with a luxurious look. Mark is already using a Honda, so we get why he would put money into an Acura product. 

Mark has been spotted multiple times driving the same car. Sometimes he is filling up the gas while other times he is out with someone shopping. 

3. Volkswagen Golf MK6 GTI

The next car in Mark Zuckerberg's collection is the Volkswagen Golf MK6 GTI. The Golf GTI is known for being one of the most durable and fun hatchbacks available in the market, which is why it has a cult following among car enthusiasts. According to sources, Mark Zuckerberg has opted for the 6-speed manual transmission in his Golf GTI which just increases the fun to the next level.

Given his purchase history, we get why Zuckerberg would prefer something like the VW Golf. It is small, easy to drive, and perfect for blending in with the crowd if you are a billionaire.

2. Infiniti G25

Mark Zuckerberg also owns a Infiniti G25 and this is the second sedan in his garage. The car is fuel-efficient, practical, and cost-effective. It is a perfect mix of traits for a Billionaire worth over $170 Billion, isn't it? LOL.

Just like the most of the cars in Mark Zuckerberg's garage, the exact model year of the Infiniti G25 is not known. However, he is not known for modifying his cars. Hence, it is possible that Zuckerberg's G25 features all factory specs.

1. Pagani Huayra

The Pagani Huyara is the only car in Mark Zuckerberg's collection that makes sense to exist in the garage of a multi-billionaire. It is one of those cars that are not bought for how they drive or how much horsepower they make, instead, Pagani is always about being an art on wheels.

Reportedly, Mark bought the car in 2014 and paid a minimum sum of $1.4 million. The high price of the car was justified due to its limited production of 100 units and of course, the performance Pagani brings.

Special Mentions:  Custom Porsche Cayenne GT Minivan 

To make a perfect ‘his and hers’ garage, Mark Zuckerberg designed a custom Porsche Cayenne GT minivan in collaboration with West Coast Customs. The custom minivan is as sleek as it sounds. It features an extended wheelbase, sliding doors, second-row pilot seats, and probably three seats in the rear.  

Nothing much is known with respect to the price he paid, but trust us, customizations like this are way too expensive, sometimes surpassing the actual price of the car. The said minivan/limousine is finished in gray too, matching Mark’s very own 911 GT3 Touring as mentioned above.
