Following the game, LeBron James spoke about his developing connection with Doncic, using a football analogy to describe their chemistry.

 "I'm a natural-born wide receiver, and he's a natural-born quarterback, so it fits perfectly," LeBron said. “I've been running the floor and running lanes pretty much my whole life, and he's been throwing great passes pretty much his whole life. It's not hard to get a rhythm when it comes to that. It's all about eye contact and him being a great quarterback like he is and me being a recipient of it.”

Doncic’s Passing Shines in L.A.

While Doncic may not be familiar with football terms, he remains one of the best passers in NBA history. In just four games with the Lakers, he and LeBron have already connected on several impressive cross-court plays. 

Their chemistry is expected to improve as they continue to play together.
