G Herbo is facing a lawsuit from the law firm Prince Lobel Tye LLP. The firm accused him of breach of contract and unjust enrichment, claiming he failed to pay for their services before his sentencing. A response to the lawsuit

According to the lawsuit, Prince Lobel Tye LLP alleges that Herbo took advantage of their services, knowing they expected full payment. "It would be unjust for Mr. Wright to benefit from our services without paying," they argued, seeking restitution for the unpaid amount.

In response, G Herbo shared his side of the story with The Shade Room, claiming that he feels singled out due to his celebrity position. While he acknowledges owing the law firm money, he revealed that he had already paid nearly $1 million for their services. Herbert admitted that he owed the law firm money, but he also disclosed that he had already paid close to $1 million for their assistance. The rapper expressed frustration over the legal fees and challenges he faced after his case, including difficulty with major banks and restructuring his team.

A look back at the wire fraud case

Herbo's legal troubles stem from a 2020 indictment accusing him of wire fraud and conspiracy.  The prosecution stated that G purchased luxurious things like private planes and fancy dogs with the stolen money. He ultimately agreed to a plea bargain, which included a three-year probationary period and a restitution mandate.

While G Herbo acknowledges his financial obligations to the firm, he hopes to resolve the issue as he restructures his business and financial dealings.
