While she’s owned an impressive fleet of luxury and classic cars—including a vintage Rolls-Royce Silver Ghost and a sleek Porsche 911 Targa 4S—it’s unlikely she still takes them for a spin due to her age. In fact, most of her iconic rides have been sold, making her once-glamorous collection a thing of Hollywood history.

1. 2020 Porsche 911 Targa 4S 

Barbra Streisand’s Porsche 911 Targa 4S is a true gem in her collection, flaunting a sleek Nero Black finish that turns heads from every angle. Her taste in cars is as refined as her talent! She and her husband, James Brolin, were spotted cruising in the stylish ride while greeting their granddaughter, Westlyn in 2021. 

A photo shared on Instagram hints that this stunning Targa is a 2020 model, proving that even offstage, Barbra knows how to make a statement—this time, on four wheels without affecting her family bond.

1959 Bentley S2 

The first of anything is always special—whether it’s love, a home, or a car. For Barbra Streisand, that first car was a 1959 Bentley S3, which she purchased as a used model in 1964 at just 22 years old. Given the sky-high price of a new one at the time, we can’t blame her for opting for a pre-owned beauty! Though she no longer owns it, this elegant ride once held a cherished place in her heart, marking the start of her journey into the world of luxury automobiles.

1926 Rolls-Royce Silver Ghost Berwick Sedan 

How could a Rolls-Royce not grace the garage of a legend like Barbra Streisand, especially when music moguls like Jay-Z, Justin Bieber, and Travis Scott have all indulged in the luxury? Her breathtaking Silver Ghost, with its sleek silver exterior and bold red vinyl interior, was a true statement of elegance. 

She acquired this masterpiece at the famed Bud Cohen auction via Christie’s in Los Angeles in February 1979. For 15 years, it resided at her California home, seldom driven. In March 1994, Streisand bid farewell to it, with Christie’s once again overseeing its sale, closing its glamorous chapter.

1976 Mercedes-Benz 450SL 

Good Lord, the German giant finally makes an entrance! Barbra Streisand’s 1976 Mercedes-Benz 450SL was a sleek soft-top, proving her love for open-air cruising. She was even spotted slipping into this pristine beauty, which she purchased brand-new in 1976. 

It remained in her collection for an impressive 23 years before she eventually parted ways with it in 1999—just like many of her iconic rides. Though no longer in her possession, this classic Benz was yet another symbol of her timeless elegance and impeccable taste in automobiles.

1957 Ford Thunderbird 

The iconic 1957 Ford Thunderbird also found a place in Barbra Streisand’s garage. Rolling off Ford’s River Rouge factory in July 1957, this classic beauty eventually landed in the hands of the legendary singer before making its way to Arizona and later Delaware, where it was meticulously refurbished. 

Dressed in elegant Colonial White, it featured both a removable hardtop and a vinyl soft top—an added bonus for any collector. Inside, the bold flame-red interior created a striking contrast against the crisp white exterior. This stunning piece of automotive history was sold for $41,000 on May 24, 2023.
