O.J. Simpson, a prominent figure in American sports and entertainment, has had a life filled with significant highs and lows, just like his net worth. At the time of his death on April 10, 2024, O.J. Simpson's net worth was estimated at around $3 million, a stark decline from his peak net worth of $10.8 million in 1992. Simpson's financial success was primarily driven by his historic NFL career and through lucrative endorsement deals.
However, his public image and brand value deteriorated dramatically due to legal troubles stemming from the highly publicized murder trial of his ex-wife Nicole Brown Simpson, and her friend Ron Goldman. Despite all that, there is no denying O.J. Simpson loved driving in fancy cars and very early in his career he owned big brands like Ferrari and Bentley. At one point he had two Ferraris in his garage, one of which he gifted to his ex-wife Nicole Brown Simpson.
1. 1985 Ferrari Testarossa
O.J. Simpson purchased the red Ferrari Testarossa in 1985, and this one was the crown jewel of his car collection. Photos from the time often depicted Simpson dressed sharply next to this iconic vehicle, showcasing his status as a celebrity. It also featured a vanity plate that read ‘JUICES.’ Also, Simpson modified the Ferrari with aftermarket parts like a telephone and a loud set of speakers. Despite doing these aftermarket modifications, the value of his Ferrari remained high due to its owner and his history.

After his murder trial, most of his property, including the Ferrari, was seized. Due to his dwindling financial status, in 1996 Simpson had to put his car for auction in the car first for $108,000 to Steve Davis. Steve sold it next for $127,500 as per UPI website. At the time of purchase, the red Ferrari had only 6,000 miles on the odometer and sported the ‘JUICES’ vanity plate.
2. 1988 Bentley Mulsanne
He got the Bentley in 1988 as his new daily driver. This luxury car was known for its opulence and comfort, aligning perfectly with Simpson's lifestyle during his peak years. After the famous murder trial, O.J. Simpson had to part away with his red Ferrari immediately due to financial troubles. But he held on to the black Bentley Mulsanne.

3. 1987 Ferrari Mondial
This one was purchased in 1987 and was technically a gift for his then-wife, Nicole Brown Simpson. He got her the Mondial 3.2 Cabriolet model in white color. The Mondial in this spec and color was rare as only fourteen such models were ever made. Nicole has been spotted several times in the Mondial driving with her kids and friends. Even at the time of her murder, the car was parked in her garage. Post the incident the house and the car were locked. Once the trial was over the car went to her parents as per her will.

From here it is alleged that the white Mondial 3.2 was purchased by a collector and taken back to the Netherlands. But the details of to whom and at what price they sold it are not available. That said, the one she owned had the VIN- ZFFXC26A1G0059667 with a license plate number of 2DCZ212. At the time of her death, she had switched to a custom vanity plate L84AD8 translating to ‘Late For A Date’.
4. 1993 Ford Bronco
Purchased in 1993 this white Ford Bronco became one of the most recognizable vehicles in American history following the infamous slow-speed police chase on June 17, 1994. While Simpson did not drive the Bronco during the chase, his friend Al Cowlings was behind the wheel. His friend Al Cowlings also owned a white Ford Bronco similar to Simpson. Al’s Bronco was the one in which the chase took place with Simpson inside it putting a gun on him from the back seat.
People many a time miss this fact, while Simpson’s Bronco after his arrest was taken by the LAPD and torn down for evidence, and eventually it was destroyed. The SUV belonging to Cowlings remained in a garage for close to twenty years. Finally, it was taken out and presented for auction demanding a sum of $700,000. The car is owned by Simpson’s former agent Michael Gilbert and two friends of Al Cowlings.

As reported on the Autorevolution website, Simpsons’s lawyer still holds the original tires, documents of the vehicle, and the fuel tank with the same gas as it was on the day of the chase. He believes these will be appreciated in the future and is looking forward to selling them at a steep price.
5. 2018 Bentley Continental GT Convertible
In 2018, O.J. Simpson was spotted by the Daily Mail in a black Bentley Continental GT Convertible. As per their reports, despite his legal troubles and living life out on a pension, O.J.
