That’s who the prettiest man alive is, at least according to GQ Magazine. Besides that, Rocky must be getting more attention by being Rihanna’s partner but he has more to his fame and wealth. After all, the rapper has multiple platinum albums to his name and we are waiting for him to drop the latest one even if he calls us “Don't Be Dumb”. Oh, We love you, sir, please scOld u$ mOre!!!! Meanwhile, our boy’s mantra is “Fukk Sleep” which explains how he has multiple business ventures that are providing him multiple streams of income other than his music.

Forbes is praising the rise of “A$AP Rocky's Burgeoning Empire” and his music is getting platinum certifications. However, all great things have humble beginnings and why would Rakim Athelaston Mayers a.k.a ASAP Rocky be an exception?

• At the age of 9, ASAP Rocky moved to  Harrisburg, Pennsylvania from his birthplace, Manhattan, and started rapping.
• When he was 13, ASAP Rocky’s older brother, Ricky, was shot which resulted in his death. Since this tragic incident, Rakim started taking rapping more seriously.
• The rapper admired rap and hip-hop groups such as The Diplomats, Three 6 Mafia, Mobb Deep, and others.
• His music was influenced by Houston hip-hop group the Geto Boyz’s song "Still Tippin” which was released in 2005.
• ASAP Rocky joined the Harlem-based rapper group, ASAP MOB when he was 19. After becoming part of the group, he released "Purple Swag", a single which ended up becoming a massive hit, especially in New York City.

• Rakim Athelaston Mayers was born in the Harlem neighborhood of Manhattan on 3rd October 1988.
• ASAP Rocky is the son of Adrian Mayers and Renee (Black) Mayers. His father Adrian was from Barbados while his mother Renee was born in the US.
• ASAP Rocky and his older sister Erika B. Mayers were named after an American hip-hop duo, Eric B. & Rakim.
• At 12, the rapper’s father was incarcerated in jail and his older brother Ricky Mayers was shot dead a year later. 
• He spent most of his teenage years in homeless shelters.
• Has been in a relationship with Rihanna since 2021 and together they have two kids, RZA Athelaston Mayers, (2022) and Riot Rose (2024).
