Selena Gomez, a 32-year-old pop sensation, has announced her engagement to record producer and composer Benny Blanco. The couple, who have been dating publicly since December 2023, announced their happy news on Instagram, with Gomez captioned a sequence of photographs, "Forever begins now." 

A Romantic Proposal

In the Instagram photo, Gomez showed off a magnificent marquise-cut diamond ring, which is expected to become popular in 2025. The engagement looks to

Despite the engagement, Gomez has stated that she will keep her last name and continue to develop her personal brand and personality. She noted that there is one custom in which Gomez has already confirmed she will swerve. "I will not change my name, no matter what. I'm Selena Gomez. “That's it.”
