Michael Jordan’s garage suits his status as one of the richest athletes in the world. 

However, in his net worth of $3.5 billion, MJ’s car collection contributes less than $10 million. Nonetheless, he owns fire-breathing monstrous cars such as the Venom F5 Revolution Roadster which alone costs nearly $3 million.

Michael Jordan’s car collection also features a couple of Ferraris, a McLaren SLR, a Toyota Land Cruiser, and more. If compared, Jordan owns way more fancy cars than his NBA rival Magic Johnson.


15. 1993 Chevrolet Corvette C4 ZR-1

A big part of the C4’s sales and stardom goes to Michale Jordan. Rigger after college, MJ signed his first endorsement deal in 1984 with Chicagoland/Northwest Indiana Chevrolet dealers. 

After joining the league, he was spotted driving Corvettes everywhere. Eventually, years passed by and the Chevrolet Corvette C4 ZR-1 managed to stick by his side. 

The model Jordan has is a rare Ruby Red 40th Anniversary Edition Corvette ZR1. Only 448 units came out of the factory in 1993. The car is also famous for its appearance in the ESPN documentary, The Last Dance. That said, Michael “Air” Jordan's Corvette ZR-1 is currently in the Volvo Auto Museum.


14.2006 Cadillac XLR-V

Reportedly, in 2006, Michael Jordan was offered the Cadillac XLR-V in infra-red, Black Raven, and Silver Platinum shades. 

MJ took the delivery of one of the first XLR-Vs with Cadillac general manager, Jim Taylor. 

Apparently he chose the infra-red color to reminisce of his glory days with the Chicago Bulls. Some custom work has been done in MJ's Cadillac. His MJ logo is featured on the seat and dash and his signature is on the side sills. 

That said, the 2006 XLR-V was the first American car in the Michael Jordan car collection. Meanwhile. Kobe Bryant, a much-touted successor to Michael Jordan has a couple of American drives in his car collection.


13. 1996 Mercedes-Benz W140 S600 Lorinser

The 1996 Mercedes-Benz W140 S600 coupe, finished in Metallic Navy Deep Blue, was Michael Jordan’s earliest Mercedes-Benz. It is reported that MJ got some tasteful modifications added to the Mercedes-Benz in the form of 18-inch chrome Monobloc wheels, a widebody kit, custom dual exhaust pipes, and a few more. 

The 1996 Mercedes-Benz S600 coupe in Michael Jordan’s collection has been one of his most prized possessions Which even appeared in the 10-part ESPN documentary “The Last Dance” on him and his time with Chicago Bulls. In 2020, MJ's "The Last Dance" was seen up for auction on eBay. 

The 1996 Mercedes-Benz S600 Lorinser also appeared on Bring a Trailer in 2021 and was sold for $34,000 before getting listed for $135,000 on the Beverly Hills Car Club website. 

In 2023, livestream auction site, What Not announced that it would sell MJ's Mercedes through a special auction for just $23 after selecting a winner who will receive an invite to make the transaction of $23.


12. 2014 Land Rover Range Rover

Several known enthusiasts Jay Leno prefer to keep most of their cars in stock condition. However, Michael Jordan is hardly among the group. 

He owns a black Land Rover Range Rover Autobiography model which has been customized by Dreamwork Motorsport, a custom car shop from Roxboro, North Carolina. The base price of the car is around $136,750 but it is still not revealed how much Jordan paid for the changes in his Range Rover. 


11. 2001 Aston Martin DB7 Vantage Volante

Michael Jordan's collection features several British luxury cars. His garage used to also have the Aston Martin DB7 Vantage Volante from 2011 before it was sold for a new silver DB9. The convertible is covered in red paint and features an interior with beige/cream color seats. The 2011 Aston Martin DB7 Vantage Volante Convertible is currently on auction at Mecum.


10. 2013 Bentley Continental GT

Dreamworks Motorsport has worked on numerous Michael Jordan Cars including a Bentley Continental GT coupe. It appears to be a second-generation model that was produced between 2011 and 2018. The Suntek window film and K40 Radar detector with laser diffuser. Furthermore, the car is painted in Beluga Solid color.

Meanwhile, MJ also used to own another Continental GT but it was from the first generation. Apparently, MJ was so impressed with the quilted seat design, smooth ride quality, and other aspects of his 2005 Bentley Continental GT that it ended up inspiring the Air Jordan XXI sneakers. 

Jordan isn't the only known athlete with this British luxury. Many other stars such as Allen Iverson and David Beckham also have at least one in their possession.

In 2011, Michael Jordan sold the car to Volvo Auto Museum owned by Greg Grams. After nine years in 2020, Jordan's ex-Continental GT coupe was sold by Volvo Auto Museum for $129,995, even though with the upgrades, its value was estimated to be around $200,000. The car has a forest-green exterior, $9,000 Lowenhart wheels, tinted glass, a talking radar system, and many more upgrades.

Michael Jordan owns a white 1989 Porsche 930 Turbo Cabriolet Slant Nose. He intended to buy another denticle model even without seeing it in person. 

The car was reserved for it but it was later sold to another customer since he was busy with NBA finals in Detroit at the time.

Nonetheless, the 930 Turbo Cabriolet Slant Nose dubbed as ‘Flachbau’ did land in Michael Jordan’s garage. 

The car’s nameplate features “MJ JJ” in which ‘JJ’ symbolizes his father’s name, James Jordan. Furthermore, as per GQ, Nike’s Air Jordan VI has been inspired by Michael Jordan’s Porsche. 

Apart from having an association with NBA superstar, MJ, the 1989 Porsche 930 Turbo Cabriolet Slant Nose also has high value since it is an extremely rare car. Only 140 units were ever made and could only be ordered through Porsche's special program called "Sonderwunschprogramm" (option code 505). 

Having said that Jordan was spotted driving the car after the Chicago Bulls won the third NBA championship in 1993.

NBA champions Michael Jordan and James Bond Actor Daniel Craige have something in common. Both of them love to drive Aston Martin. While His Airness has a silver DB9 Volante to flaunt, Craige has an Aston Martin Vanquish in response.

Reportedly GOAT bought the DB9 after parting ways with his older DB7 painted in red. He has been spotted a few times with the top down.

After Michael Jordan gifted himself a Ferrari to celebrate his first championship, it became more of a habit. With five championships under his belt, it was time for another Ferrari, and that’s how the Ferrari 550 Maranello was added to his garage.

Contrary to other Ferrari cars in his garage, MJ got the 550 Maranello in Ferrari’s trademark bright red color which could be seen in “The Last Dance” documentary as well. If you wish to see the 550 Maranello in other shades, you should head to the Ferrari section of the Sultan of Brunei's garage

Besides that, the Ferrari 550 Maranello also became one of the few Michael Jordan cars that inspired the production of a new sneakers. Nike took inspiration from the 550M and released Air Jordan XIV ‘Ferrari’ in 2014.

Michael Jordan owns a black 1992 Ferrari 512TR with a custom vanity plate that reads ‘M-AIR-J. It is said that the NBA star gifted himself the Ferrari after he won his first NBA championship with the Chicago Bulls in 1991. That said, it’s not known how much MJ paid for the Ferrari, but a new 1992 512TR started at $238,600.

A YouTuber named Pedro Malagon whose channel is Baltic Supra Racing was making a video for his channel when suddenly out of nowhere the legend appeared. Pedro spotted MJ driving his Yellow 488 Pista Spider and went crazy after seeing the 6-time NBA champion riding beside him.

The 2007 Mercedes-McLaren SLR 722 Edition, finished in silver, is a limited-edition supercar owned by Michael Jordan. The car was a tribute to the late Stirling Moss, who, behind the wheels of a Mercedes 300 SLR, won the 1955 Mille Miglia. 

The car had an estimated price of $480,000 when new, but MJ has recently put it up for sale for $695,750 by TBTFW, a Miami-based exotic car dealership.

The Veyron Sang Noir is an ultra-rare version of the original Veyron EB 16.4. Only 12 units of the above car were made, and it is reported that Michael Jordan still owns it.

Well after retirement, Michael Jordan spent a hefty price acquiring the Sang Noir, and guess what, American rapper Drake and MJ both bought this limited edition car. Before buying the Bugatti His Airness had to fill 4 mandatory clauses and one of them was he was bound to spend $21,000 per year for an oil change.

Michael Jordan has recently purchased the Hennessey Venom F5 Revolution Roadster. This track-focused version of the F5 hypercar is not yet available to the public, and it is estimated to cost $3 million.

Jordan is one of the few people in the world who can afford this exclusive car, and it is sure to be a status symbol for him. With only 24 units scheduled to be built, the Venom F5 is one of the rarest cars in Jordan's collection.

Company CEO John Hennessey personally took his time to deliver MJ's F5 to his private golf club in Florida named Grove XXIII. Although the picture taken is not clear enough we can see the extent of carbon fiber work resulting in its weight falling under 3,100 pounds.
