Larry Bird was born on December 7, 1956, in West Baden Springs, Indiana. Bird is widely regarded as one of the greatest basketball players of all time. He was also famous for his clutch performances in high-pressure situations and his ability to make his teammates better. Bird was a 12-time NBA All-Star and won three consecutive NBA Most Valuable Player Awards from 1984 to 1986. He was also a two-time NBA Finals MVP and won gold medals at the 1992 Olympics and the 1978 FIBA World Championship.

This is another rare find for an NBA celeb, during 2021, Larry was spotted in the streets of NYC driving through in his specially themed Indy Car delivering the All-Star bid for the Pacers. Larry also mentioned that he had driven his vehicle only once during a practice run. The exterior of the vehicle was cloaked in a yellow with blue NBA decals and “Larry Bird” along the sides.

The Honda Indycar has a 2.2L Twin-Turbo V6 engine coupled with a 6-speed semi-automatic that squeezes out 750 horsepower and 370 lb-ft of torque. The vehicle takes 4.3 seconds to attain the 60 mph mark and goes up to a top speed of 161 mph.
