Behind the Scenes: Creative Team and Production Details

Aidan Zamiri, who has worked on music videos and collaborated with Charli XCX, will direct the film. Zamiri and Bertie Brandes co-wrote the screenplay. A.G. Cook, Charli's longstanding partner, is set to compose the score, offering a unique audio experience.

David Hinojosa is also producing "The Moment" through his production company, 2AM. Brandon Creed, Mikey Schwartz-Wright, and Zach Nutman will serve as executive producers. A24 is handling the film's global release.

Plot and Production Timeline

While precise plot details remain under wraps, production is set to begin in March 2025, with filming locations in New York and Los Angeles. Given the recent wildfires in Los Angeles, it is possible that the filming schedule will be adjusted to ensure safety.

Charli XCX's upcoming film projects include "The Moment," "100 Nights of Hero," based on Isabel Greenberg's novel, and "Erupcja." This move into acting and production shows her growth as a multifaceted artist, combining her musical abilities with cinematic endeavors.
