On the Barret-Jackson YouTube channel, Spade explained that he switched from the Daytona to the Mustang due to the difficulty of maneuvering a manual transmission in Los Angeles.  Similarly, another well-known comedian-actor, Kevin Hart, also features a Ford Mustang in his garage.
