Steve Hamilton is a YouTuber and entrepreneur who built himself up from getting paid through welfare to becoming the CEO of SD Wheels. His company has become one of America’s biggest wheels and tires distributors and all of this wealth he has used in investment, charity, and many more causes. But Steve is mainly known for his godly car collection that exceeds the price limit of $13 million. Steve Hamilton’s car collection features brands like Porsche, Chevrolet, Lamborghini, McLaren, Bugatti, and many more. However, in a recent turn of events, Steve has sold more than half of his collection and bought new models which have been briefly discussed in this article.
14. 2023 Cadillac Escalade V
No matter how big and expensive a person’s car collection gets, practicality is a factor that no one can outrun, not even the SD Wheels CEO Steve Hamilton. Hence, the first car on the list is an SUV adorned by many celebrities - the Cadillac Escalade and Steve has it in its V-Series variant.
2023 Cadillac Escalade V | Specs |
---|---|
Price | $150,000 |
Powertrain | 6.2L Supercharged V8 |
Horsepower | 682 hp |
Torque | 653 lb-ft |
Transmission | 10-speed automatic |
0-60 mph | 4.4 seconds |
Top Speed | 125 MPH |
In a recent video on his YouTube channel named “The Hamilton Collection”, Steve showed off his new $6 million vacation house in Florida which later progressed to his garage containing the Escalade. He also said, “...the Escalade V-Series is the best autopilot variant that I’ve driven since the Tesla, so, props to Caddilac…”
13. 2023 Mercedes-AMG G63 4x4 Square
Carrying on with the SUV lineup comes one of Steve’s favorite SUVs - the Mercedes-AMG G63. Bought back in 2023, the SD Wheels owner spent some extra money in wish to separate his G-Wagon from the rest of the consumers. He opted for the off-road package with several additional features including the $37,000 IWC clock inside the cabin.
2023 Mercedes-AMG G63 4x4 Square | Specs |
---|---|
Price | $400,000 |
Powertrain | 4.0L Twin-Turbo V8 |
Horsepower | 585 hp |
Torque | 627 lb-ft |
Transmission | 9-speed automatic |
0-60 mph | 4.5 seconds |
Top Speed | 137 MPH (Limited) |
Steve also opted for the OEM carbon fiber lightbar for the G-Wagon which can also be found in Cristiano Ronaldo’s Brabus G-Class. In a YouTube short, Hamilton explained that the old-school door sound, the side exhaust, and several other features are his appealing points for the car.
12. 1967 Chevrolet Chevelle SS
“The Hamilton Collection” has seen several changes in the past 3 to 4 years but the car that stood out among all and literally is a torch bearer has to be the infamous custom all-black Chevy Chevelle SS. This is also the first car in Steve’s car collection.
A year and a half ago, Steve put out a video discussing his future plans and the talks about selling half of his collection including the Chevelle SS. However, the SD Wheels CEO couldn’t master the courage to sell it because it was his first car, and his children were especially fond of it.
11. 1969 Dodge Daytona Charger
The next car on the list holds a special place in Steve Hamilton’s car collection and is also one of the rarest cars in NASCAR Race history - the Dodge Daytona Charger. There were only 503 units of these made and currently only 80 are still in existence. Also, the most eye-catching feature of this race car is its 23-inch tall arrow.
1969 Dodge Daytona Charger | Specs |
---|---|
Price | $400,000 |
Powertrain | 7.2L Magnum V8 |
Horsepower | 425 hp |
Torque | 490 lb-ft |
Transmission | 3-speed automatic Torqueflite 727 |
0-60 mph | 6.1 seconds |
Top Speed | 135 MPH |
Steve bought the car back in January 2024, from one of Strademan’s friends Damon Georgalos, who kept the car in its all-original stock form. Steve spent $400,000 on this car and with the iconic Richard Petty Superbird color scheme, this 50-year-old classic is a Unicorn that every collector wants to get his hands on.
10. 1995 Dodge Viper RT/10
Before buying the Daytona Charger, Steve acquired another piece from the mid-'90s- the Dodge Viper RT/10. The bright yellow Viper RT/10 hasn't made its appearance on Steve’s YouTube channel as the car has been subjected to undisclosed shop work according to Hamilton.
1995 Dodge Viper RT/10 | Specs |
---|---|
Price | $50,830 (Original MSRP) |
Powertrain | 8.0L V10 |
Horsepower | 400 hp |
Torque | 465 lb-ft |
Transmission | 6-speed manual |
0-60 mph | 4.5 seconds |
Top Speed | 165 MPH |
However, Steve dropped the news that he had bought another super rare American car, referring to the Viper. He also said, “...it’s going to hit the channel hopefully in a few weeks, it’s been in the shop for two solid months…”
9. 2022 Lamborghini Urus “Verde Mantis”
The last SUV in Steve’s collection is also the only family supercar that he bought back in July 2022. The Lambo SUV has the iconic “Verde Mantis” color scheme which refers to “Mantis Green” and in the Italian language “Verde” means green. Also, he went with the optional 24-inch wheels making the Urus’ presence much bolder but when compared to Travis Scott’s Mansory Urus, Steve’s Lambo is definitely no match.
2022 Lamborghini Urus “Verde Mantis” | Specs |
---|---|
Price | $249,376 |
Powertrain | 4.0L Twin-Turbo V8 |
Horsepower | 641 hp |
Torque | 627 lb-ft |
Transmission | 8-speed automatic |
0-60 mph | 3.1 seconds |
Top Speed | 190 MPH |
Within 6 months of buying the Urus, Steve fell victim to a prank that involved the Urus. Back in January 2023, Hamilton and his family were outside of town, and his management team painted half of the Urus in pink. Steve was not happy at all with the prank and when asked about the color, he just gave a nervous laugh.
8. 2022 McLaren 765LT Spyder
“The Hamilton Collection” has featured countless cars on its YouTube channel over the years but few of them were ever hyped as Steve’s Mclaren 765LT Spyder. Bought back in 2022, the 765LT Spyder was already special but as we know Steve and his knack for modifications, he took it to a whole different level.
2022 McLaren 765LT Spyder | Specs |
---|---|
Price | $417,500 |
Powertrain | 4.0L Twin-Turbo V8 |
Horsepower | 755 hp |
Torque | 590 lb-ft |
Transmission | 7-speed auto-shift manual |
0-60 mph | 2.7 seconds |
Top Speed | 205 MPH |
Steve teamed up with the “Cannonball Garage” who fitted and tuned the 765LT with an unobtanium exhaust that shoots massive 6-feet flames straight into the air making it a spectacle to watch. Moreover, the custom rims with matching Brembo breaks compliments Steve’s 765LT Spyder perfectly.
7. 2015 Porsche 918 Spyder “Weissach Package”
Before the reveal of Porsche’s Mission X, the 918 Spyder was the most advanced and fastest model that Porsche had ever revealed back in 2014. Hence, just like Steve Hamilton, many other personalities booked themselves a 918 Spyder including Porsche collector Jerry Seinfeld.
2015 Porsche 918 Spyder “Weissach Package” | Specs |
---|---|
Price | $929,000 |
Powertrain | 4.6L V8 / Twin Electric Motors |
Horsepower | 875 hp |
Torque | 944 lb-ft |
Transmission | 7-speed PDK |
0-60 mph | 2.2 - 2.6 seconds |
Top Speed | 214 MPH |
To make his 918 Spyder more special, Steve equipped the car with the “Weissach Package” which is a $84,000 weight-saving optional feature identical to Seinfeld’s Porsche. Moreover, Steve sent his Porsche to Hochman Fabrication & Speed shop where they straight piped the 918 Spyder making it stupid loud.
6. 2016 Lamborghini Aventador SV Roadster
Hamilton had a Countach in his collection but decided to sell the car and replace it with the Aventador SV Roadster. There are only 500 of these units ever made and the exclusivity of it influenced Hamilton to buy one. Also, driving Stradman’s Widebody Aventador made Steve miss his Lamborghini experience a bit more.
2016 Lamborghini Aventador SV Roadster | Specs |
---|---|
Price | $352,500 |
Powertrain | 6.5L V12 |
Horsepower | 740 hp |
Torque | 507 lb-ft |
Transmission | 7-speed automatic |
0-60 mph | 2.7 seconds |
Top Speed | 217 MPH |
Unlike other interests, Steve Hamilton’s fascination with custom exhaust systems for most of his cars is what made his collection a spectacle to observe. Within 6 months of buying the Aventador SV Roadster, Steve collaborated with “Apex Motorsports” and installed the infamous $17,000 Gintani F1 exhaust.
5. 2019 McLaren Senna
The second McLaren inside “The Hamilton Collection” is the McLaren Senna from the 2019 model year that Steve had in his garage for a few years. However, back in December 2023, Steve brought his Senna to Blackdog Speed Shop and Apex Motorsports and straight piping the Senna and fitting it with the Unobtanium exhaust costing him a total of $35,000.
2019 McLaren Senna | Specs |
---|---|
Price | $994,000 |
Powertrain | 4.0L Twin-Turbo V8 |
Horsepower | 789 hp |
Torque | 590 lb-ft |
Transmission | 7--speed dual-clutch automatic |
0-60 mph | 2.8 seconds |
Top Speed | 208 MPH |
Despite all the modifications, Steve was involved in a major accident and crashed his Senna in early 2024. Front-right side of the car got destroyed and even the monocoque was damaged to a certain point making it a hindrance to repair. However, the insurance company wrote Steve a cheque for $1.3 to $1.4 million which he used for the Senna.
4. 2024 Lamborghini Revuelto “Batman Spec”
Now, the most exclusive and hyped Lamborghini on the planet which is also Steve’s most recent acquisition - the Lamborghini Revuelto. Originally, Steve ordered a yellow Revuelto but due to misunderstandings, the company delivered the car in matte-black color and it turns out that Steve likes it quite a lot as his collection doesn’t have any car in matte-black.
2024 Lamborghini Revuelto “Batman Spec” | Specs |
---|---|
Price | $608,358 (Stock Price) |
Powertrain | 6.5L V12 / Tri Electric Motors |
Horsepower | 1,001 hp |
Torque | 739 lb-ft |
Transmission | 8-speed dual-clutch automatic |
0-60 mph | 2.5 seconds |
Top Speed | 217 MPH |
When asked about the overall work on the Revuelto, Steve responded by saying, “Lambo did a good job and it was a happy mistake…”. In the following weeks, Hamilton sent his Revuelto to Flexi Shield and wrapped it in their amazing paint protection film.
3. 2024 Rimac Nevera
The next car in “The Hamilton Collection” is the fastest accelerating car and currently holds 26 records for speeding in the Guinness Book Of World Records - the Rimac Nevera. Steve’s Nevera is the 96th unit of the 2024 production year and boasts a violet exterior, completing his rainbow-colored collection.
2024 Rimac Nevera | Specs |
---|---|
Price | $2.5 Million |
Powertrain | Electric |
Horsepower | 1,914 hp |
Torque | 1,740 lb-ft |
Transmission | CVT |
0-60 mph | 1.74 seconds |
Top Speed | 258 MPH |
The most talked about addition in Steve’s Nevera is the autograph from Matt Rimac himself on the dashboard. Although the story behind it is between Steve and Matt, the autograph states, “Rimac 06.03.2024 + The Other Thing…”
2. 2019 Koenigsegg Regera
Built for only 100 units worldwide and only 30 units alone in the USA, Steve’s Koenigsegg Regera is one of the few hypercars inside “The Hamilton Collection”. The car comes with a “Sneaky V” drive mode that enables the driver to move the car with a 6 mph limit without turning on the combustion engine.
2019 Koenigsegg Regera | Specs |
---|---|
Price | $2 Million |
Powertrain | 5.0L Twin-Turbo V8 / Hybrid |
Horsepower | 1,500 hp |
Torque | 1,475 lb-ft |
Transmission | Koenigsegg Direct Drive |
0-60 mph | 2.8 seconds |
Top Speed | 249 MPH |
After receiving the Regera, Steve ended up putting 300 miles on its clock in a span of 2 weeks, and according to him, “...this is right now it’s my favorite vehicle, it is incredible. It sounds like a Bugatti on steroids with an exhaust system…” As a matter of fact, the car’s capability made the company’s CEO Micheal Von Koenigsegg buy one for himself.
1. 2024 Bugatti Chiron Super Sport
Lastly, with a whopping price tag of $4,080,800, the Chiron Super Sport is the most expensive car within “The Hamilton Collection”. Steve waited over 2 years and attended countless meetings for his personal spec on the Chiron SS and it looks fantastic.
2024 Bugatti Chiron Super Sport | Specs |
---|---|
Price | $4,080,800 |
Powertrain | 8.0L Quad-Turbo W16 |
Horsepower | 1,578 hp |
Torque | 1,180 lb-ft |
Transmission | 7-speed dual-clutch automatic |
0-60 mph | 2.3 seconds |
Top Speed | 278 MPH |
Initially, Steve wanted to have the optional sunroof that comes with the Chiron SS after visiting Manny Koshbin’s Hermes edition Chiron. However, Manny talked him out of the idea because in California it gets way hotter inside a car’s cabin if there’s a sunroof in the car.
Steve also ordered a Koenigsegg Jesko which is currently under production and will soon be in “The Hamilton Collection”.
Special Mentions:
Limousines
Away from Hamilton’s daily drive collection, there are three luxury vehicles that are way more underrated than Steve’s other cars. His collection features a trio of Limousines which he customized way back and uses for rental purposes only. This little flex boasts a Blue 1983 Cadillac Fleetwood Limo, a Silver 1977 Lincoln Continental Limo, and a white 1989 Lincoln Towncar Limo. As for the price of these luxury rides, they are not publicly disclosed.
