Sony Confirms Anaconda Release for Christamas 2025 Starring Jack Black and Paul Rudd

Sony confirmed the release of Anaconda Movie on 2025 Christmas through its youtube channel.

The video features the actors Jack Black and Paul Rudd who have both confirmed their role in the film. With the presence of these comedy legends, it would be hard to keep the humor away.

The announcement comes as an surprise as well as in a quirky way where Jack Black and Paul Rudd speak in to Jack’s iPhone like a vlog. While making the annoucement, the actors dropped various hints like:

“Hey! It Might be called ‘The Anaconda!!!’.”

and

“There’s gonna be big f*** Snake!”

Seem like the anaconda movie is going from ‘When You can’t breathe, You can’t scream” to “(Do)You want to get scared?you want to laugh? You want to fun with your friends? as Paul Rudd Mentioned.

The new Anaconda will be a R-Rated reboot version of the 1997 Anaconda starring Jennifer Lopez, Owen Wilson, Ice Cube and Eric Stoltz, and Academy Award Winning Actor Jon Voight.

The 2025 reboot is written by Tom Gormican and Kevin Etten where Tom Gormican gets the director's chair.

The 1997 version was written by Hans Bauer, Jim Cash and Jack Epps Jr, while it was directed by Peruvian Director Luis Llosa.

The 2025 Anaconda also marks the return of Brad Fuller and Andrew Form through their ‘Fully Formed Entertainment’ banner.

There have been sequels to the 1997 movie but there might be nothing like this one.The film is set to release of Christmas 2025. Stay tuned!
