Luke Combs And His Modest Car Collection

Not many country singers are famous for their extravagant car collections; Luke Combs is no exception. His first car was a humble Dodge Neon, and now, at 34, the North Carolina-born star drives an F-150 and an F-250 King Ranch. "Hurricane" singer also had a Ford Fusion sedan, which now stays with his parents. Reportedly, he also bought a 1969 Chevelle for his dad.

3. 2017 Ford F-250 King Ranch

According to Yahoo, Luke Combs finds the F-250 King Rang "hard to park it anywhere”. Meanwhile, Wbwn writes that he actually bought the truck for his mom, who still drives it around. That being said, the 2017 Ford F-250 Super Duty King Ranch model was only available in Crew Cab configuration. The truck was also featured in his song "When It Rains It Pours".

Luke Combs’s choice of the Ford F-250 highlights his preference for powerful and dependable vehicles. Interestingly, another American singer, Morgan Wallen, also owns a Ford F-250, a fitting choice for two country stars living in Tennessee, where rugged and reliable trucks are a common sight.

2. 2021 Ford F-150 

In 2020, Ford collaborated with Luke Combs and Guitars 4 Vets to pay tribute to American veterans before the 55th Academy of Country Music Awards. Combs appeared with the newly redesigned 2021 during the homage, according to Ford's press release. Furthermore, the "Beer Never Broke My Heart" singer also teamed up with Ford to create the 'Ultimate Karaoke F-150' truck and promoted the '#Ford DuetChallenge' campaign on TikTok.

Reflecting on his cover of “Fast Songs,” Luke shared how he’s always been a fan of the Tracys’ original track. He recalled hearing it for the first time in his dad’s 1989 Ford F-150, describing it as a moment of inspiration that eventually led to him having the honor of recording his version.

1. 2016 Ford Fusion

According to his interview with CMT, after saving up money "money in a coffee can", Luke bought the new Fusion. He later gifted the car to his parents after buying the King Ranch F-250. Brannen Motor Company on Facebook has posted a picture of Combs with the silver Fusion behind. The caption read, "Congratulations to country musician Luke Combs on the purchase of his 2016 Ford Fusion!"

This gesture not only reflects Combs’ humble beginnings but also his thoughtfulness in ensuring his parents had a reliable car. It makes the Ford Fusion a meaningful part of his life’s story.
