Inside the garage of the former American football player Deion Sanders

Apart from living the life of an athlete, Deion Sanders has been seen in numerous cars over the years. Deion Sanders is one of the most prominent names in the world of American football, along with Tom Brady, Aaron Rodgers, Peyton Manning, Joe Montana, and others. Deion 'Coach Prime' Sanders was once spotted arriving for the Super Bowl in his Lamborghini Diablo, which he also used to drop his son off at school. The Lamborghini has reportedly been sold to him. However, post-retirement, Sanders has been seen to have picked up an interest in practical rides, so, without further ado, here is a look at Deion Sanders's car collection. 

5. 2017 Custom Smart Fortwo

The iconic Smart Fortwo is known to be one of the easiest cars to park and maneuver around. Just like the car, it's equipped with a tiny engine, but Deion Sanders incorporated his charisma into the tiny car by getting some custom work done at Alex Vegas's The Auto Firm. The Smart car went from looking cute to stealthy as it received an all-black treatment and the jersey number “21” on the grill. 

The sidewalls of the tires along with the rear hatch received a “Prime” branding that comes from his nickname “Prime Time”. Although $16,140 is the price originally paid for the car, there are no reports on the customization cost that was incurred. However, Sanders uses the car frequently in order to keep his city runs convenient.

4. 2017 GMC Savana 2500 Explorer Conversion

The GMC Savana Explorer isn't your average van as it carries a lounge-like interior with all the amenities required for a long road trip. The Fullsize van features heated and massaging seats, an HD TV, subwoofers, a raised roof, and other comfort features. Sanders went on to add an after-market set of wheels from Ballistic off-road, giving the van a more rugged appearance. With a massive engine and 4x4 drivetrain, the Savana Explorer feels more like an SUV to drive than a Fullsize van.

Back in May 2017, “Coach Prime” even posted a picture of his prized Savana on "X" stating, “Once upon a time I drove a Lamborghini, Benzes, BMWs and Old School classics now I drive a 9 passenger Van because my priorities are right.”

3. 2016 Ford F-350 SuperDuty King Ranch Crew Cab 

The celebrity got it to social media with a picture of him and the Ford F-350 truck with a caption stating “I like big trucks”. Despite not being the most practical vehicle in the city, the F-350 is a heavy-duty workhorse. It was also reported that this particular truck was once stolen but later recovered, after which Sanders went on to give the truck a refresh with black wheels.

The F-350 that Sanders drives is from 2016 and like other vehicles in his collection, it follows an all-black paint scheme. A unique trait of the F350 unlike its smaller cousins is the dual tire on either side of the rear axle, giving it the rugged appearance it's known for.

2. 2021 Cadillac Escalade

The 2021 Cadillac Escalade marked the inception of the current gen of this Fullsize SUV and Deion Sanders got the top-of-the-line Premium Luxury Platinum trim which cost $103,595. Sanders purchased the car from Cadillac of Jackson, Ridgeland, Mississippi, and chose the Dark Moon Metallic shade, which manages to elevate the road presence the SUV carries.

Although a family-centric vehicle, the Escalade unlike the other massive vehicles in Deion’s collection, the Caddy screams luxury and has a finely crafted interior, which the athlete often prefers to drive while all suited up. He even showed off his Caddi back in 2022 while rocking a cap, sunglasses, and a jersey. 

1. Custom F-650 Super Truck

Out of all of his cars, the most talked about car in Deion's car collection is the Ford F650 Super truck. Deion Sanders recently purchased the big and intimidating black Ford F-650. The truck has been heavily modified by Deion and follows the standards set by its predecessors in the garage, the Ford F-250 and the Ford F-350. The truck is nothing but a mammoth that reminds Shaquille O'Neal's “Apocalypse TRX” which is one of his recent additions in his garage. 

Removing the Ford logo, Sanders has customized it with a " Prime" nameplate, and sometimes, he calls it "Optimus Prime'.  In addition, right from the 4X4 bumper (both front and rear), he is leaning on, the truck also dispatches a fully personalized set of LED headlights all worth $4,200. Deion has added a custom Hood scoop worth $3575. Also, he has added a carbon fiber dash, a lund visor, floatation tires, and a black leather convertible bed, The most expensive upgrade he has done is the Supreme Plus entertainment system which costs $8,395.
