Seems like Zoe Saldana has decided to part ways with her Beverly Hills Estate. The Avatar actress had recently bought a $17.5 million Montecito mansion, becoming neighbours to other popular celebrities like Oprah Winfrey and Prince Harry.

The Beverly Hills Mansion has hit the market for the fourth time. Zoe has slashed the prices by a whopping $4.5 Million making it a real sweet deal. If someone wants to own a luxurious property with a legacy, this is roughly 25% discount on the original price of $16.5 Million. The mansions houses five bedrooms, seven baths, a designer kitchen, and a backyard with a pool, spa, and tennis court on an sprawling 6400 Sq. Ft. Colonial-esque estate.

Located in the prestigious Hidden Valley Estates, it was purchased by Saldana in 2016 for $8.7 million. The icing on the cake is the access to hiking trails in Franklin Canyon.
