Pop Smoke, the Brooklyn drill legend, not only made waves with his music but also cultivated a car collection that reflected his rise to fame and his love for luxury and performance vehicles. From Rolls-Royces to Bentleys, Pop Smoke’s cars were some of the most coveted in the automotive world.
Whether posing in front of them on Instagram or featuring them in his iconic music videos, Pop made sure his cars were as much a part of his brand as his music. Below is a closer look at the cars Pop Smoke owned or was associated with, along with some notable stories behind them.
6. Bentley Bentayga
Pop Smoke owned a black Bentley Bentayga, which he frequently showcased on social media. In October 2019, he shared one of his earliest photos with the car, posing in a parking lot while holding his dog.
A particularly famous image from November 2019 features Pop Smoke next to the Bentayga with stacks of cash and the allegedly stolen Rolls-Royce Wraith. The Bentley Bentayga also made a prominent appearance in the music video for his iconic track, Dior.
5. BMW 5-Series 535i
Pop Smoke’s first car was a blue BMW 5-Series 535i that he got when he was just 16 years old. The car holds a special place in his heart and his story. In interviews, he often spoke about the car, which symbolized his ambition and early success.
"When I came home, I started hustling. Bow! Sixteen, I had a Beemer," Pop Smoke told Complex, reflecting on how he acquired the car during his teenage years. “If you come to my crib right now, I got that same blue Beemer parked. I ain’t giving that up. That’s my first car, cuz. I don’t even know if it can drive. I probably haven’t driven it in three years. It probably needs a whole new battery, but I just love looking at it.”
4. Rolls-Royce Wraith
The Rolls-Royce Wraith is one of the most controversial cars tied to Pop Smoke's legacy—one he never owned, at least not legally. The car became infamous due to its involvement in a 2020 theft allegation that made headlines shortly before his tragic death.
According to reports, Pop Smoke met the car's owner at a Los Angeles recording studio. He reportedly struck a verbal agreement to borrow the Wraith for an upcoming music video, offering the owner VIP treatment at a future concert in return. However, instead of returning the car, Pop allegedly had it shipped across the country to New York.
The Wraith's owner tracked the car using GPS and eventually located it in Brooklyn. In December 2019, Pop Smoke posted a photo on Instagram and Facebook posing with the car at a gas station, its license plate curiously blurred in the image. Although he later deleted the Instagram post, the Facebook photo remains online.
The car was later found parked outside Pop Smoke's mother’s house in Brooklyn’s Canarsie neighborhood. Police discovered that the original California license plates had been replaced with Alabama plates, and the windows had been tinted. In January 2020, Pop was arrested and charged with the theft. He pleaded not guilty, and the Wraith was eventually returned to its owner.
Pop Smoke’s connection to the Wraith has since become symbolic of his rebellious persona. He even referenced the luxury vehicle in Black Mask, his collaboration with Jay Gwuapo, rapping:
“I spin in a Wraith, yeah (Wraith), I'm shootin' up stars (Shootin' up stars).”
3. Rolls-Royce Dawn
Pop Smoke legally owned a Rolls-Royce, specifically a white and black Dawn. True to his style, Pop frequently posed with the convertible in photos, often choosing gas stations as a backdrop—a favorite setting for showcasing his rides.
One particularly notable moment was captured in a YouTube short, where Pop is seen in the Dawn with the top down, proudly showing off both the car and his unmistakable drip. The Dawn’s sleek design and extravagant vibe perfectly complemented Pop Smoke's persona, embodying the luxury he often rapped about.
In Run Down, released posthumously in July 2021, he lyrically nods to the Rolls-Royce with the line:
"I'm in the double R, shit look like a spaceship,"
a fitting description of the Dawn’s futuristic and elegant aesthetic.
2. Dodge Durango
Pop Smoke also owned a Dodge Durango, a vehicle that perfectly matched his bold personality and larger-than-life image with its powerful engine and muscular build.
Not much else was known about Jackson’s Durango, besides the fact that it featured a striking combination of a grey exterior and a red interior, adding to its distinctive appeal.
1. Land Rover Range Rover SV Autobiography
Pop Smoke’s Land Rover Range Rover SV Autobiography, a sleek white SUV with black accents, was another standout luxury SUV in his collection. In a poignant moment, Pop Smoke shared an image of himself with the Range Rover in a sponsored post for Louis Vuitton, which he posted on his Instagram on the day of his untimely death.
Following his passing, the Range Rover was spotted parked outside his home in videos shared by news outlets, standing as a silent witness to the tragic loss.
Special Mentions
Pop Smoke featured several high-end luxury cars in his music videos, though it’s unclear if he owned all of them. These vehicles were instrumental in amplifying the imagery and themes of his songs, as well as highlighting the lavish lifestyle he embodied.
Among the cars featured in Pop’s music videos are the Ferrari 488 Pista, Rolls-Royce Ghost, BMW 8-Series, Bugatti Chiron, and Veyron. A red Ferrari 488 Pista was prominently showcased in the music video for Shake the Room, where Pop was seen driving it aggressively. The same car also appeared in the iconic Dior music video, alongside a Rolls-Royce Phantom, Mercedes S-Class, and a Rolls-Royce Ghost, from which Pop was seen stepping out dramatically.
A white BMW M850i was prominently featured in Pop Smoke's Christopher Walking music video, where he was seen driving the luxury coupe.
Another standout was the GATTI music video, a collaboration with Travis Scott and Jackboys. True to the song’s title, the video showcased not one but two Bugattis—a sleek black Chiron and a black-and-blue Veyron—adding to the track's high-octane energy.
