Nicolas Cage was never seen driving his vintage Rolls-Royce publicly. The Phantom II was only revealed in his 2010 movie The Sorcerer's Apprentice, and it’s believed he purchased the car from production after filming wrapped.

Nicolas Cage’s Lamborghini Miura P400 SVJ is one of the few cars that the actor currently owns and arguably his favorite in his collection. Cage’s Miura SVJ has a rich and interesting story and great historical significance about its legacy.

Cage’s Miura (chassis no - #4934) was the first SVJ model that was converted for the Shah Of Iran - Mohammad Pahlavi. He only drove the car once in Switzerland before losing interest in it. After 1995, the car was sold to a businessman in Dubai which later resurfaced in March 1997 at a Brooks auction in Geneva where Mr. Cage bought it for $497,500. The car was later sold to an English collector with less than 3000 miles on the odometer. 


Bugatti Type 101C Antem Coupe

Nic was always a sucker for vintage cars and had several top-of-the-line exclusive coupes in his multi-million dollar car collection including the 1954 Bugatti Type 101C Antem Coupe. Featuring the Antem design coachwork, Cage’s Type 101 was one of only six models to ever come out of Bugattis production line.

The “Ghost Rider” actor bought his Type 101 around 2000 during the shoot for his film “Gone In Sixty Seconds”. Nicolas put the car up for auction back on September 15, 2015, at Bonhams Chantilly Sale in France.

Two decades after the film's release, Nic finally put his “Eleanor” up for sale back in 2020. The car managed to grab a stunning $852,000 selling price at the Mecum's Kissimmee Florida auction.

The black-on-black Porsche 911 Speedster convertible from Nicolas Cage’s car collection has a thriller story behind it. Nic had his 1989 911 Speedster up for auction back in 2002 which was stolen just before the auction during its transportation. The thieves added an extra 100 miles to its original 150-mile run before dumping the car into a 12-foot-deep lake.

The restoration of the car added an extra 250 miles to the odometer and it was later sold on October 10/13, 2008 at the Scottsdale Fall Barret-Jackson auction in Las Vegas. The car caught a lot of attention even back in the time it was stolen as major publications like “Playboy” and “People” covered the story.

One of the few modern-day sportscars in Nicolas’ car collection was a 2007 Ferrari 599 GTB that has a current market value of a whopping $600,000 including the factor that it belonged to the “National Treasure” actor. The car was put up for sale back in November 2015 but the current status of the car’s ownership is uncertain.

The car made headlines again back in 2013 when the owner (after Nicolas) wrecked the car’s right rear Quarter panel on an exit ramp.

Though this high-performance machine was built to dominate the Le Mans races of the 1950s, it eventually met the same fate as much of Cage’s collection, sold off to settle debts. He sold it through RM Sotheby in 2002.

Another Ferrari, another 1963 car, another GT series, the Ferrari 250 GT SWB Berlinetta. This extremely premium and beautiful Ferrari was seen at the 2019 Gooding Scottsdale auction. It is said that the actor’s once-owned car was sold for a sum of $7.6 million ($7,595,000).

The car owned by Nicolas Cage was finished in red and bears the chassis number 4037 GT. It was one of the 96 Lusso models built that got a short wheelbase, and the fourth from last of the 166 short-wheelbase models made. Nicolas Cage had this in his possession in 2006, before it was auctioned due to his financial crisis with the IRS. Reportedly, he purchased the car from Martin Eyears for an undisclosed amount.

In the North American market, the E-Type was sold under the name of XK-E. Between 1963 and 1964, Jaguar made only 12 units of this car and two spare bodies. Later on, in 2014, Jaguar Heritage Business announced that they would make the remaining 6 models.

The Ferrari Enzo was a part of the Nicolas Cage car collection. This car was purchased brand new in 2002 with a base price of $643,330. However, eventually, Cage sold off his Enzo which has an average auction value of $3.3 million. Following the news of Cage's sale of the Enzo, Ferrari released a statement blacklisting him from buying any Ferrari car from dealerships around the world. Ferrari unveiled that Nic had sold the Enzo for a much lower price than what the Enzo was worth hindering the brand's image.

According to Slashgear, after he sold the car, it was auctioned off in a 2017 Florida auction by RM Sotheby for $255,750.
