Colin Firth is widely regarded as one of the young generation actors who made a name for himself in the industry with his skill and commitment to roles. His roles in movies like Pride and Prejudice, Shakespeare in Love, Love Actually, and Mamma Mia! Have propelled him into the mainstream. He is also an accomplished actor with an Academy Award and a Golden Globe along with 2 Emmy Award nominations, 2 Academy Award nominations, 5 Screen Actors Guild Award nominations, and 2 Golden Globe Award nominations. He is also an avid car buff with a thing for luxury mixed with performance. Take a look at his collection here!

5. Lancia Jetta

The Jetta or Delta is one of the most memorable cars ever produced by Lancia. Although it started its run as a boxy four-door family car it ended up being a four-wheel drive sports car by the time its production ended.

The current Jetta is based on the Fiat Bravo platform and is toned down into being a luxury offering with a beautiful exterior and a posh interior along with standard performance. The turbocharged diesel/petrol engine is a plus and so is the easy handling and quick maneuverability. Although an attempt to uphold the once proud Lancia name the car still remains largely unknown or forgotten among the masses.

Transmission6-speed manual

Top Speed121 mph

The Delta has shed its past which relegated it to racing and has become a modest offering once again fit for the family. The 1.4L turbocharged inline-4 engine gives it a 0 to 60 estimate of 9.8 seconds and a top speed of 121 mph.

4. Audi A6

The A6 is the archetypical Audi luxury sedan featuring a premium cabin full of cutting-edge tech, immense power especially with the optional V6, and a sleek and slender exterior. It has all the modern amenities one could ask for and a fun-to-drive nature with quick acceleration and similarly swift braking action.

It is also a great daily driver due to its decent fuel economy and easy handling and also a worthy companion for long drives. It has recently been updated for 2023 with various additional features and we are excited to see where the A6 goes given further time.

The balanced 2.0L electric Inline-4 coming with the Audi A6 is an all-rounder when it comes to performance and fuel efficiency. It gives the sedan quick acceleration going from 0 to 60 in just 4.8 seconds but also a decent fuel economy.

3. Audi RS6 Avant

The RS6 Avant is the bigger, stronger and more spacious cousin of the Audi A6. This anomaly of an SUV stands out tall and proud against the boatload of performance luxury SUVs on the market. Perhaps not so tall with its hunkered-down stance but to compensate it has quick acceleration and handling befitting a supercar.

It combines all of this with the practicality that a station wagon brings to the table. It is quick, and when we say quick, we really mean quick with insanely powerful acceleration and high top speed all in an unassuming package that makes this car very dear to our hearts.

2. Range Rover Vogue

The modern styling, the opulent and spacious cabin, and the powerful powertrains available for the Ranger Rover Vogue are what make it special. It is also the only SUV owned by Colin Firth and a unique choice, to say the least. The imposing front grille and the composed boxy exterior also give the car a lot of style points.

As Land Rover has shifted the Range Rover line into a more futuristic setting, the now discontinued Vogue stands as an example of what the SUV used to be back in the early 2000s. Although only the entry-level trim, the Vogue was a formidable luxury offering for its time.

The 3.0L V6 that accompanies the Range Rover Vogue comes with an 8-speed automatic transmission to back it up. Together, they can accelerate the car from 0 to 60 in just 7.4 seconds and give it a top speed of 129 mph.

1. Mercedes S Class

The Mercedes S Class defines luxury and remains the top trendsetter when it comes to high-end luxury sedans. Therefore, it is no surprise that Firth got one as the car is the ultimate culmination of power combined with luxury to date. The active air suspension makes riding the S-Class a breeze as it is comfortable even on bumpy and uneven roads.

It commands respect and authority with its sheer presence being a fullsize sedan with distinct yet sleek exteriors. The interior is similarly lavish with fine materials and the use of wooden interior trims and chrome hints inside. In terms of power, the sedan has an I6 engine capable of pushing past almost any car it comes across with ease.
