- LG: The Korean electronic giant signed the band in 2018 to launch its products. Jimin has a high fashion sense and loves owning ultra-premium brands. He spends a big chunk of his money buying top labels like Gucci and Saint Laurent. He owns a Shirt jacket from Gucci priced at $1,450, a Bomber jacket from Saint Laurent worth $4,223, a Black suede jacket from Saint Laurent priced at $5,454, a Pullover from Chanel worth over $2,300, and a Varsity Pullover from Chanel priced at $4,641 as per the Lifestyleasia.

- Porsche Panamera GTS: As per the Lifestyleasia and a 2017 tweet with a selfie on X posted by Jimin sitting in the driver’s seat, he is said to own a white Porsche Panamera GTS. As per Porsche Korea’s website, the base model of the Panamera is worth 176,700,000 KRW approximately $1,31,342 as of 2024.
- Kia Carnival: Jimin has been spotted being chauffeured in a black Kia Carnival bearing the number with the last four digits “5469”. The number 5469 is supposed to be the angel number. However, since the same van has been seen picking up other BTS band members, it is possible that the van is owned by the HYBE entertainment company and not by Jimin.
What Are Jimin’s Charitable Contributions?
Among the BTS band members, Jimin is known for his philanthropic activities and heartwarming display of generosity. Despite leaving a lavish lifestyle Jimin has proved on multiple occasions that he is humble and considerate towards the less fortunate. To date, he has given away hundreds of millions won in donations.
- Chungbuk Province: In 2023, Jimin donated around $75,331 to 10 educational institutions in Chungbuk Province. This came to light when his fans took to social media to praise the singer for his act as the news of his donation was not made public by him or his agency. Rather it all started when a teacher came across this news on a forum and spread it to the BTS army.
- Hometown Love Donation project: Jimin contributed 3,766.08 USD to the Hometown Love Donation project in Nam-gu where his father’s cafe is located. The project supports local governments beyond South Korea's region. For this Jimin had been inducted by Nam-gu, Busan Office in the Hall of Fame.
- Green Umbrella Children’s Foundation: In 2021, he donated around $84,000, or approximately 100 million won to the Green Umbrella Children’s Foundation on his birthday. The Green Umbrella Children’s Foundation is a major charity in South Korea that supports children in need.
- Hope Bridge Korea Disaster Relief Association: In 2020, Jimin along with J-Hope donated approximately $84,000 to the Hope Bridge Korea Disaster Relief Association to Aid Turkey/Syria Earthquake Relief Efforts.
- Busan Metropolitan City Office of Education: In 2019 Jimin donated approximately $87,914 to the Busan Metropolitan City Office of Education. According to Soompi, the donation was made to a charitable organization which in turn provided desks and chairs for students at his alma mater. What’s Next For Jimin?
At present Jimin is serving his compulsory military service. As per Yahoo, Jimin enlisted on December 12, 2024, and is expected to be discharged on June 11, 2025. Post that the band will re-join and Jimin along with his bandmates are expected to resume their performance and projects by the latter part of 2025. However, these are still rumors as Hybe Entertainment hasn’t released any official statement about this. That said, Jimin once discharged will look forward to resuming his solo career.
