• Cable Beach Resort, Bahamas: Bob and Rita Marley purchased a mansion in this resort in 1976 and this property served as a vacation home for him and his wife. The mansion spans approximately 32,554 square feet. The property was previously owned by one of the former governors of the Bahamas. Now the mansion has been converted into a 16-suite hotel.
  Each room features intricate woodwork and is filled with high-quality craftsmanship furniture. • BMW 1602: This was the first car Bob purchased and he would jokingly say that BMW stood for "Bob Marley and the Wailers." Another story related to the BMW was that he was known for leaving his BMW unlocked and parked in the busy streets of Trenchtown, Kingston, confident that no one would dare touch it.
• BMW E3 (Bavaria): Next he upgraded to a BMW E3 2500. This one was the ancestor to the present BMW 5 Series and was known for its luxury and performance. Rumors have it that after his death the car made its way to an auto restorer in California and here it received significant restoration work.
• Land Rover Classic: It was purchased in early 1980 by Bob Marley. The Range Rover's original registration document confirmed its ownership by "Robert Nesta Marley." This vehicle is notable for its unique paint job. Originally finished in Masai Red, the car was supposedly painted a mixture of black, green, and blue by Bob’s children. However, after its death, it was left to rot and when it was again discovered it needed a lot of restoration. As of now, it has been auctioned for $190,000.
