However, they had to list it for sale in April 2025 for $7 million owing to the Citimortgage lawsuit against Bill Cosby that required them to pay $4.2 million. 
• 18 East 71st Street House: Bill and his wife acquired this $6.2 million property in 1987. It is a six-story townhouse that spans over 12000 square feet. The estimated worth of this house is $14 million right now. However, back in December 2025, First Foundation Bank claimed the property on a combined $17.5 million in loans. 
• California Holdings: The Cosbys’ own multiple commercial properties in Santa Monica and California. These include an 8668 square foot brick building that is available for retail and office space. It is valued at $20 million. They also have a piece of land that is approximately 6,024 square feet and is listed at $5.7 million. 
• Massachusetts Estate: The Cosbys also own a 19th-century farmhouse in Massachusetts.
